Let’s hope the entire game is as good as the opening credits for The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct game……

The Walking Dead’s second video game installment (unrelated to Telltale’s The Walking Dead episodic adventure from 2012) is about to hit consoles in a few days and so far other than knowing you play as Daryl Dixon in the events leading up to the TV show’s pilot, not  much has been revealed.

Well here is a cool little tidbit to wet the appetite further, the opening credits from the game have leaked online….check ’em out below….

Telltale’s Walking Dead Episode 5 – NO TIME LEFT releases next week…..

Here it is folks, the conclusion to the amazing five part series by Telltale.  Titled “No Time Left” this will bring an end to the saga…..(for now?). From IGN:

Telltale has announced that The Walking Dead: The Game’s final episode will be released next week. Titled No Time Left, the episode will hit PlayStation Network in North America on November 20th, followed by Xbox Live, PC and Mac, iOS and the European PlayStation Network on November 21st.

With downloads of this game extremely high and a skyrocketing popularity, it is hard to imagine that this is the end of what Telltale has in store for The Walking Dead property. Here’s hoping there is much more planned in the near future!

 

TellTale’s 4th Episode of The Walking Dead game titled “Around Every Corner” gets a new trailer….

The first three episodes of the game have been pretty fantastic. The character development that The Walking Dead property is known for definitely has carried over. Each episode has managed to get progressively darker in tone and the chance of survival for Lee, Clementine, and the rest of the group has become increasingly bleak……however that aint nothing compared to what Episode 4 “Around Every Corner” has in store….looks like the group may have to go through their worst experience yet on their adventure to make it to the coast…..watch the trailer below:

The Walking Dead Game’s third episode “Long Road Ahead” gets a trailer….

Word is the third episode in The Walking Dead game series by tell tale may drop as early as later this week. Right on the heels of that news comes the just released trailer for the third episodes titled “Long Road Ahead”

Episode #2 of The Walking Dead Game “Starving for Help” finally makes it’s way to XBL & PSN this week!

After much frustration over the delay in getting the latest episode of The Walking Dead game out, this news is sure to put a brain-eating grin on everyone’s face.  Not only have we been given release dates for both consoles but they happen to be THIS WEEK!  Yep, that’s right!

“Starving for Help” hits XBL tomorrow as well as PSN this Friday…..as a huge fan of the first one, (a full review of it can be heard on episode #20 of the podcast) I have been eagerly awaiting episode #2 to release and the wait is almost over!  Hooray! If you pre-ordered the entire series like me you won’t be paying a dime, if not this episode as a stand alone will cost the very reasonable price of $5

Edit: At the time I posted this story yesterday the trailer had not been released, but today while I was at work the launch trailer for episode #2 was made available…so here it is!

The Walking Dead game comes out tomorrow! Time to prepare yourselves…
